The installation of large-span cable trays shall comply with the following regulations

1) Straight Steel cable trays exceeding 30m in length and large-span aluminum alloy or fiberglass Cable Trays exceeding 15m in length should not have expansion joints. Compensation devices should be installed at the deformation joints of the cable trays crossing buildings. 2) The bending radius at the turning point of the cable tray shall not be less than the small allowable bending radius of the cables inside the tray. The small allowable bending radius of the cables is shown in Table 3-11.

3) When there is no requirement in the design, the spacing between the supports for horizontal installation of cable trays is 1-5-3m, and the spacing between the supports for vertical installation is greater than 2m.

4) The bridge and bracket are securely fastened with bridge connecting plates and bolts, and the nuts are located on the outer side of the bridge. When fixing the bridge and steel bracket, there are mutual insulation measures to prevent electrochemical corrosion.

5) The cable tray shall be laid under the flammable and easy to fall gas pipeline and thermal pipeline. When there is no requirement in the design, the small clearance distance shall comply with the provisions of Table 3-14.

6) Cable trays laid in vertical shafts and crossing different fire zones

7) When cable tray manufacturers wholesale brackets and embedded parts for welding and fixing, the welds should be full and firm, and the anti loosening parts should be complete.

(2) The cable laying inside the bridge should comply with the following regulations: fire prevention and isolation measures should be taken at the designated locations according to the design requirements. When fixing expansion bolts, use bolts that are compatible,

1) Fixed points shall be set every 2 meters for wires laid at an angle greater than 45 degrees.

2) Cables entering and exiting cable trenches, vertical shafts, buildings, cabinets (panels), and pipe openings should be sealed.

3) The cable laying is arranged neatly, and for horizontally laid cables, fixed points are set at both ends, turning sides, and every 5-10m; The spacing between cable fixing points laid in Vertical cable trays shall not exceed the specifications in Table 2-15.

(3) Signs should be installed at the beginning, end, and branch of the cable.
